(e.g. name, address, phone number, grant application, registration for an event) In addition while visiting our website the device you are using transfers log-files (connection details) to our server automatically. Log-files include e.g. the IP-address of the device you are using to access our websites. We store the IP-address solely for the purpose of documentation and the prevention of improper use as far as it is necessary. The IP-address will be deleted within a reasonable period of time.

In case of instructing us to provide services or the mailing of publications your personal data will without further consent only be used as far as it is necessary to provide the services or to fulfil the contract.
